We work with wheat flour, which means that our kitchen is not suitable for producing gluten-free products. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer gluten-free items due to the risk of cross-contamination. Your health and safety are important to us, and we want to ensure transparency about our production processes. When you opt for the convenient pick-up option from our Amsterdam kitchen, there is no minimum order amount required. We understand that sometimes a small indulgence is just what you need, and we’re here to accommodate your preferences without imposing any constraints.

For the added convenience of delivery to your location, we kindly request a minimum order of 24 euros. This minimum order amount ensures the efficiency of our delivery process. Please note that the 24 euros exclude the shipping cost of €7.50, which covers the secure transportation of your order to your doorstep.

We have a deep appreciation for our vegan recipes, and that’s why we’re excited to let you know that we’ll be reintroducing our vegan conchas as soon as possible. These recipes hold a special place in our hearts, and we take immense pride in offering them.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a physical shop yet. Our production kitchen is located in Amsterdam. You can place your order online and pick it up directly from us. Alternatively, you can also choose the option of shipping within the Netherlands. This way, you can enjoy our products whether you’re picking them up or having them delivered to your doorstep, no matter where you are in the country.

We adjust our menu according to the season and weather. The same menu items may be available for a period of one to three months. Don’t worry, you can always enjoy our classic vanilla and chocolate conchas.

Yes, you can freeze our baked products. We recommend to do it the day you get the product and cover them properly with plastic.

We bake batches of mini conchas with a minimum order of ten pieces. Please contact us with your order at least a week in advance.

We do traditional cakes like “3 leches” and “Chocoflan”. They are perfect for dinners and small parties. We can not deliver it but you can pick the order in our kitchen in Amsterdam. We do not offer personalized cakes.
